Claire is facing the fight of her life. But she’s not alone.

Roughhousing is a coming-of-age story about a girl who loses her father and finds her world turned upside down when her mother marries a man who is evil incarnate. Can her dad help her from beyond the grave? A drama about memory, resilience and flipping off the patriarchy.

Based on a true story, Roughhousing is told through text, shadow play and a heavy dose of 90s nostalgia.

Roughhousing will be featured in Revolver Festival’s Updrafts reading series in May 2022.
